Who is Francis Younghusband ?

Now a days i feel very sad, i don't know to overcome that. so that i asking this question How do I become mentally strong?

Francis Younghusband was a British Army officer , also known for his writings on Asia and foreign policy . He is also an explorer and born in Punjab , British India at 31st may ,1863. He also positioned as British commissioner to Tibet and President of the Royal Geographical Society.
